Notarization Fee

Each notary act can be charged $15, and sometimes many pages can add up. The good news is your documents are secured, legally recorded, and if requested, scanned as a e-document and sent to you by email.- free.
Document Delivery
$30
If requested, we will prepare, deliver, and send by certified mail or by email, your set of documents to any person, entity or location. You can be assured your documents are secure and recorded and you will be given confirmation of delivery.
Special Documentation
$30
Documents like I-9s or other government documents are more critical in nature. This would include out of state documents for the federal, state, county and other local governments or municipalities. Certified copies are free.
Advanced Notary Services
Travel Fee
$50
I have a low travel fee because with a mobile notary service I understand driving to you is a key value of my service. This makes things easy and comfortable for you, on your timing and with the people you need to have in your presence.
Legal Contracts
$50
Notary service for business contracts, wills, sales, power of attorney, medical decisions, and various complex documents require an experienced Notary Public. As a real estate agent and retired Professor of Ethics, I have this experience.
Complex Services

Sometimes, the notary services needed are complex, long, and confusing. MotoNoto 247 is experienced in getting you through the process with documents that will be legally certified, recorded, and if need be, will stand up in Court.

With over 10 years of experience in Notary Services and Real Estate (Sotheby's and Keller Williams), Matt can handle any document transaction big or small, complex or simple. He services all of King, Pierce and Kitsap County and will travel to you for your convenience. He is the father of 5 children (3 daughters and 2 sons), a Navy veteran, member of the American Legion, UW BA in International Studies/ Russian, and MAs in Political Philosophy (UW) and Education (Saint Martins U). He is a teacher, coach, and a former Professor of Philosophy, Ethics and World Religions.
